Never returned a phone call."Schulman said Haller was one of many people who complained about a business pattern that only benefited the company because the consumer almost always lost money."The consumer is afforded no protection," Schulman said. "If the home is sold at sheriff's sale or foreclosed upon, they don't get a refund of their down payment.
